Swap me something...

As many of you know, I used to make porcelain dolls. I have no idea how many I made - probably a couple hundred. I sold quite a few, gave some away - but ended up with a large collection, most of which has been packed away in boxes for the past 5-10 years. I have decided I don't want to keep them packed away and I don't have room to display very many, so I need to find new homes for them. I may try selling some on e-bay, but I had another idea. Maybe there are some readers of this blog that would like to "adopt" one. So, here is the deal. I am going to start with one - her name is Kallie and she is about 18" tall. She has porcelain head, shoulder plate, arms and legs with a soft body. If you would like to give her a new home, you can post to this blog what you would trade me for her! This can be anything but money. I will decide if it is a "deal", and we will go from there. I hope to get lots of offers - and after this one is adopted out, I have more I will list if there is interest. If she needs to be mailed, the recipient will have to pay for shipping. But I am willing to keep her here and you can come visit us and pick her up at your convenience.

Great idea! I don't have anything that I can think of to trade, but she is definitely adorable. I will be thinking.
