January visitors

We are having lots of snow here today. The tree outside the kitchen window is a popular perch for our little feathered friends as we have a feeder nearby. I opened the window and practiced my wildlife photography this morning.
Poppy and Monte and Monique were here a week ago - it was great to have them visit for a couple days. Monte and Poppy were on their way from Arkansas to a new job in Nevada.

This week we had some other little visitors for a few days - here they are enjoying reading an Archie comic book with grandpa.

Two heads are better than one when it comes to math homework.

We played several rousing games of "Take 2" - it is a good game for kids as well as adults.

This post leaves the warmest feeling :) Dave's lucky to have such cute grandkids and they're lucky to have a good Grandpa! The take 2 looks fun, but I suppose I'd better not try to talk Darrell, Ty & Lex into it over Rook! The competition is still fierce. Darrell and I got beat last weekend...rather soundly at that! Love, Bonnie
