We are in Arkansas this week for Monte and Poppy's wedding. They were married last evening, October 3, at Poppy's parent's home. It was a beautiful evening - and a lovely simple wedding. The only problem was that the JP forgot to come. When he didn't arrive by 10 minutes after the appointed time, Jeannine hunted up his phone number and called him. He was confused about the date and thought it was the next day or next week...which sounded like a poor excuse for forgetting! At any rate, he said he could be here in 10 minutes - and it was not too much longer than that. So the wedding came off about a half hour later than planned.
